Q:  My gas log safety pilot kit will not light.  What should I check?

A: Be sure that the inlet and outlet are connected in the correct locations.  Remove the heat shield for the gas valve and verify per the arrows on the valve.

Inlet (Arrow pointing into the valve) should be coming from the gas supply line.  Outlet (Two arrows pointing away from the valve) should connect to the burner.
