Solaire Portable Grills; "Everywhere and Anywhere"

When grilling with one of the portable grills you NEVER want to close the hood once the grill is lit as these grills can reach between 800 to 1000 degrees at the burner surface within 3 minutes.  When grilling, you should never walk away from your grill as the low setting is approximately 400 degrees.  What does all this heat mean?  It means that you can get a good sear, and with the sear it locks all the flavors and juices in your meat.

When grilling with one of these grills the hood can be closed once the burner(s) knob(s) is set to medium to low.  You should use caution even when grilling on low as this setting is approximately 400 degrees.  These grills can achieve between 1000 to 1500 degrees at the burner surface within 3 minutes.  Provided with these grills is a warming rack which can be used for grilling, as well (Further away from the burner = less heat).   Some of these grills offer a rear rotisserie burner that can be used for rotisserie grilling.  In this case, we recommend using a drip tray filled with liquid and the bottom burners turned to low which create a conventional burner effect and will self base your food adding moisture.
