Q: My remote doesn't work. What do I do?
A: 1) If it is a millivolt remote control, try the following:
a) Replace the batteries in both the hand-held transmitter and receiver (black box).
b) Be sure the valve knob is turned to the "ON" position.
* Most of the time, the problem is bad batteries in the receiver.
2) If it is battery powered SkyTech "EASY" remote system, try the following:
a) Replace the batteries in the Receiver (4 - AA).
b) Slide the selector switch of the Receiver (black box) to "REMOTE".
c) At the Receiver, push and hold the learn button down for about 10 seconds until you hear three beeps, then release to clear the receiver frequency.
d) Push the learn button once until you hear one beep, then release.
e) Push the ON/HI button on the remote (transmitter), hearing a confirmation beep.
Note: Use the same sequence for wireless wall switch, wall timer, wall thermostat.
