Q: My portable grill is not lighting, what should I do?
A:

1) Replace the AAA battery with a fresh on - negative end first.
2) Ensure that the wire for the igniter electrode is fully seated in the connection at the igniter module.
3) Verify that the electrode prongs have a gap of approximately 3/16".
4)
The spark should be between the electrode prongs.  The electrode prongs must not touch the burner screen.  Re-align the electrode prongs closer to the ceramic burner tile (approx. 1/8") if the prongs are touching the screen.
5)  Allow gas to fill burner before pressing the igniter button.

Warranty on the ignition components is one year.  If the above suggestions do not correct your issue, please provide proof of purchase of the replacement components for warranty replacement.

Note: When using a one pound cylinder, be sure the tank is in the vertical position (Hanging off the side of a table)

When using a full size tank be sure to use the Solaire Adaptor Hose (Part number SOL-SAHOSE6), as other manufacturers' hoses may not allow sufficient gas flow for proper operation.
