Q: How can I find out the correct regulator/valve replacement for my portable grill?

A:

(1) If you have our original Solaire Anywhere with folding legs, you need item #SOL-17-4-17A Replacement Valve/Regulator Assembly for Solaire Anywhere models IR17A with folding legs. It includes a SS bracket to adapt current issue regulator (US threads) to this older grill.

(2) If you have an Anywhere with four adjustable metal feet with gray rubber bottoms (see photo below), you need item #Item SOL-17-4AZ (Replaces SOL-17-4 with metric threads). (Regulator alone is no longer available with metric threads - we have supported the metric for over four years beyond change to US threads, but have no more metric parts). This items upgrades all of these components to currently used parts. All items must be replaced at one time, as there are other incompatibilities if we were to replace only the side housing). Valve/Regulator/Side Housing/Igniter Module/Electrode for Solaire Anywhere (models IR17B and IR17M - included with grills).  The last Metric thread grill serial number is # 17-005996.  (If you have a serial number that is greater than this, then the grill is US thread)

(3) If you have an Anywhere or Everywhere with four adjustable hard plastic feet, you need item #SOL-17-4B Replacement Valve/Regulator Assembly for Solaire Anywhere (models IR17B and IR17M - included with grills) and Solaire Everywhere (EV-17A).
