Issue: Platinum Gas Heater sparks and burners light, but heater shuts down after a short period of time.

Visually check the Ignition Control Module (PCB Control) for any signs of heat deformation. If there are any, replace the PCB Control Item #BR-BH8080015

If the module appears fine, then it appears from your description that the flame sensor (part of the Ignitor Assembly) is not sensing the flame. Over time, with expansion and contraction from heating and cooling, the flame sensors tend to pull closer to the burner tiles, and the flame just shoots on by. The sensor must be engulfed in the flame in order to complete the circuit that tells the ignition module "yes we have flame - keep sending gas to the burner." To correct this condition, you need to remove the glass and gently pull the flame sensors further away from the burner tile. There is not a specific amount, just further away from the tiles than they currently are.
