We have already done chicken, burgers, boneless pork chops and even a fresh flounder on our 27XL. Everything has been delicious. I really questioned how the flounder might work out but it was unbelievable! I have been doing everything on the Big Green Egg for several years, and now I will probably just use the BGE for pulled pork and ribs and do the rest on the Solaire. It’s really a great grill.
